However, discrepancies may occasionally occur, and some items may not be available at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for restocking, receive an alternative product, or accept a store credit.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
They are charged in euros (€) and displayed transparently before payment.
At present, shipping within France is free of charge.

3. Delivery Times
Orders are shipped from French Polynesia.
France: 5 to 10 business days
International: 10 to 15 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and customs formalities.
Please note the difference between dispatch (when your order leaves our facility) and delivery (the time taken by the carrier to transport the parcel to your address).
In exceptional cases where delivery exceeds 5 weeks, we will offer a solution such as reshipping your order at our expense or issuing a store credit.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
5. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If a parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery if possible.

6. Taxes & Duties
VAT is included in the product prices displayed on our website.
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, you must wait to receive it and then initiate a return according to the procedure below.
Returns & Refunds Policy – Maison Devienne
1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
Maison Devienne extends this period to 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags and accessories).
It must show no stains, tears, or damage.
It must be free from odours (perfume, tobacco, humidity, or any foreign smell).
It must be in a resalable condition.
Maison Devienne reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
3. Return Procedure
All returned products are inspected by our quality team before any refund is issued.
If the item does not comply with the above conditions, the return will be refused. On request, the product can be reshipped to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
4. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and validated, we will refund you via the same payment method used for your purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of validation.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Products used or damaged after receipt

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged products.

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to your address, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
